Terry Fedele

Registered Nurse, Retired Hospital Executive, Community Volunteer

Terry Fedele has worked actively as a passionate community volunteer and leader in both western Pennsylvania and south Florida over the last 30 years. Terry routinely draws upon her diverse experience as both a nurse and hospital executive in her volunteer activities. Terry started her career as an OB nurse, some of the most satisfying times in her career and where she developed a passion to help others.  Her career evolved as Terry transitioned into nursing management at some of Pittsburgh’s leading hospitals.  At the height of her career, she served as Executive Vice President of Hospital Operations overseeing all clinical patient care, quality, and the design and implementation of creative recruitment and retention strategies.  For the past fifteen years, she has served as the primary marketing consultant and Practice Liaison for Physical Rehabilitation Services, one of the premier physical therapy practices located in western Pennsylvania.  

Terry’s commitment to the community is extensive and spans more than two decades including work with numerous non-profits both as a consultant and volunteer focused on improving lives. Terry’s community involvement in south Florida over the past decade includes active and ongoing involvement in:

Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Annual Ball Committee, Go Pink Committee, Annual Golf Tournament Committee 2009 to present (Co-chair), Women’s Advisory Committee, Collaborative Care Committee (Co-chair), and Debbie Rand Ways and Means Committee.

Terry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude and Master of Nursing Administration degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Master of Public Management degree with honors from Carnegie Mellon University.  She had the privilege of sharing her knowledge as a nursing leadership instructor at The Pennsylvania State University.  Terry is married to Jerry Fedele, her husband of 36 years.  Together, they have three adult children, Katherine and her husband Matthew, Jeffrey and his wife Allison, Andrew and a granddaughter Olivia.
