Frank McKinney

Hi Guys,

You have generously supported our work through our Caring House Project, or we have done business together.

This time I’m asking that you support me, personally as I take on the dance floor in the local version of “Dancing with the Stars,” Boca’s Ballroom Battle on August 28th at the Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton Resort & Club.

I’ve been rehearsing twice a week for the last month, and will continue to do so until August. Here’s a photo of my last rehearsal:

All proceeds are used to send local students to college who would not have otherwise being able to attend via The George Snow Scholarship Fund. Visit https://www.ballroombattle.com/dancers/frank-mckinney/ to support me as I dance my heart out for you, and the most deserving students pursuing higher education.

There you can:

1) See and select one of the sponsorship opportunities.

2) Become my Dance Sponsor, and be THE one to introduce me to the dance floor. You, or whoever you designate, will be able to talk about your company too (great exposure for your business!).

3) Donate to buy a table or tickets so you can see this unfold firsthand. We already have 3 tables of friends and family.

4) Donate to take out an acknowledgement/advertisement in the playbill. This is an easy way to show your support if you can’t come to the event.

5) Donate any sum you can. Every donation makes a difference.

Or if you prefer, you can make your tax deductible donation offline by check. Make sure to write “Frank McKinney” in the subject line so that I’ll get credit for your donation.

Frank McKinney

Real Estate “Artist” & Best-Selling Author of 5 Books

Frank-McKinney.com

Real Estate Artist, 5-time International Bestselling Author (in 4 genres), super hero meets Robin Hood, Philanthro-Capitalist, Ultramarathoner, Actor, and Visionary who sees opportunities and creates markets where none existed before.

Upon attending his 4th high school in 4 years (he was asked to leave the first 3), Frank earned his high school diploma with a less-than-stellar 1.8 GPA. Then, with $50 in his pocket and without the benefit of further education, Frank left his native Indiana for Florida in search of his life’s highest calling.

Now, 25+ years later, Frank creates real estate markets where others fear to tread. He has built oceanfront spec homes (homes built without a buyer) valued in the tens of millions of dollars, shattering price records with each new project. Frank started with a $50,000 fixer-upper home, and climbed the real estate ladder all the way to a $50 million spec home!

The Frank McKinney brand has captivated the media and public for over a quarter century. His vision and risk-taking have been the subject of numerous international television, radio and print features including Oprah, ABC’s 20/20, cover of USA Today, CBS’ The Early Show, CNN, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, HGTV, The Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Fortune, Barrons, and in over 2,000 additional TV and print stories. You can view a “greatest hits” compilation video of some of his media appearances here: http://www.frank-mckinney.com/franks_greatest_hits.html.

In addition to his real estate artistry and bestselling books, Frank McKinney is also a sought after speaker and is an ultra-marathon runner (races in excess of 100 miles), running the Death Valley 135-mile Badwater Ultramarathon 9x times as of this year (world’s toughest footrace according to National Geographic).

Ever the Renaissance man, Frank added another talent to his vast list of accomplishments. He recently had a lead role in the movie “Infidel,” a new psycho-spiritual thriller (www.InfidelTheMovie.net), and also played an important part in the new Christian short film “Highway to Hell.”

Combining his spiritual highest calling with his personal and professional activities is integral to Frank’s success, and he believes it is the key to your success as well. This is the primary message found in his new bestseller, The Tap (www.The-Tap.com). Frank now spends quite a bit of his time with his Caring House Project Foundation and its “philanthro-capitalistic” approach to building self-sufficient villages in Haiti, www.chpf.org.

Since commencing in 2003, and by the end of 2015, Caring House Project will have built 22 self-sufficient villages in Haiti alone, housing 10,000+ people that were living in mud shacks covered in cardboard and palm fronds before Frank’s arrival.
