Donna Parlapiano

Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations and Corporate Real Estate for AutoNation

As the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations and Corporate Real Estate for AutoNation, Donna Parlapiano is responsible for managing the partnerships with 33 brands, representing 232 dealerships in the U.S., for the largest automotive retailer in the country. Donna also leads Corporate Real Estate Services, which is responsible for all real estate and construction projects.

Prior to joining AutoNation, Donna held finance, marketing and strategic management positions with Ford Motor Company, the world’s second largest automobile manufacturer.

In 2006, Donna was honored as the “Child Advocate of the Year” by the Children’s Home Society. One of her passions in life is serving underprivileged children as exemplified by her commitment to charities dedicated to children, such as Children’s Home Society, LeadAmerica, Junior Welfare Society, Father Flanagan Girls and Boys Town, and the Jack and Jill Foundation.

Donna was honored as one of the “100 Leading Women” by Automotive News for 2010. In January 2014, Donna was the recipient of AutoNation’s most prestigious honor, the Tim Pring Memorial Award. This award recognizes an individual for business acumen; innovation; integrity; a “can do” attitude; leadership; dedication; and loyalty and commitment to AutoNation.

Donna holds her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
